Webinar Events:

Tamika is the creative behind the construction of ongoing webinar series events which are grounded in equity and antiracist leadership and advocacy. She takes a multi-disciplinary approach to leveraging education across settings, professional fields, organizations and social circumstances, to support leaders in acquiring the necessary knowledge, skills, mindset and dispositions to achieve liberational aspirations. She also designs customized learning based upon specific needs, initiatives and missions aligned to valuing diversity, examining indicators of equity, fostering intercultural inclusion and realizing racial justice in any context, while serving as a coach and community advocate.

Keynote Speaking and Lectures:

Understanding the power of intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, inquiry and self-discovery are just a few of the strengths Tamika brings to teaching, speaking and lecturing. She utilizes these avenues strategically to motivate listeners, engage participants, spark learning and instigate change for the purpose of transforming systems and practices of inequity. Her style of story telling is inclusive of historical perspective, data analytics and research, deliberately connected to personal experiences, current events and everyday living, to create opportunities for viewing life through multiple lenses, walking in the shoes of the masses, thinking creatively and collaborating across communities to enhance expectancy for equity innovation to liberational outcomes. 

Organizational Advising:

Often times organizations need an external perspective to support the continuous improvement process toward attainment of vision and goals. Tamika’s design of thought maps, frameworks, models and protocols aligned to achieving equitable outcomes inform her approach to customized consultancy. She believes in facilitating equity-focused dialogue, evidence-based decision making and strategic planning, through the use of implementation science, equity-centered metrics and progressions of learning and action. She supports organizations in conducting equity audits to determine proximity to creating and achieving cultures of equity, institutional change and systemic transformation.
